Mark T. Schulman

Mark Schulman received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in Agricultural Economics in 1980 and went to work for Economic Laboratories as a Territory Sales Manager in Dallas,  Texas.

In 1985, Mark joined Schulman Theatres and became Vice President in 1988 with primary responsibilities over theater operations, marketing, personnel management and vendor contracting. Through his successful negotiations, the company has benefited from cost reductions, vendor rebates and city supported sales tax abatements.

He also holds a license as a Texas Real Estate Agent, and is primarily responsible for theater site selections in new markets. He has been a member of the National Association of Concessionaires and active in industry sponsored events such as Variety Club of North Texas and The ShoWest Convention in Las Vegas.

Mr. Schulman is very active in his community and has served on the boards of: The Waco Boys and Girls Club; YMCA, City of Woodway Arboretum and currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for the City of Waco’s Cottonwood Creek Golf Course.
